Community Guidelines for myMedSpa

To ensure a positive experience for all our clients and nurses, we’ve established the following community guidelines. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these guidelines.

 For Clients

 Respect and Courtesy

  •  Treat our nursing staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  •  Provide a safe and clean environment for the nurse to perform the scheduled services.
  •  Respect the nurse’s professional boundaries and follow their guidance during treatments.

 Appointment Policies

  •  Please be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so at least 24 hours in advance.
  •  Ensure that the area where the service will be performed is clean and accessible.
  •  Pets should be secured, and the area should be free from distractions to ensure the safety and focus of our nursing staff.

 Privacy and Confidentiality

  •  Understand that any information shared during your appointment will be kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  •  Do not take photographs or recordings of the nurse without their explicit consent.

 Feedback and Communication

  •  Provide honest and constructive feedback about your experience. Your feedback is crucial for us to improve our services.
  •  Communicate any special needs or concerns before the appointment so we can prepare accordingly.

 For Nurses

 Professionalism and Conduct

  •  Maintain the highest level of professionalism during appointments. This includes dressing appropriately, being punctual, and demonstrating respect and courtesy towards clients.
  •  Keep all client information confidential, in line with HIPAA regulations.

 Safety and Hygiene

  •  Follow all standard safety and hygiene protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
  •  Inform the management immediately if the work environment at the client’s home is unsafe or unsanitary.

 Appointment Management

  •  Promptly accept, decline, or reschedule appointments through the app to keep clients informed.
  •  Arrive at appointments on time and prepared with the necessary supplies and equipment.

 Communication and Feedback

  •  Communicate clearly with clients about the services you are providing and any aftercare instructions.
  •  Respectfully request that clients secure pets and provide a suitable workspace.
  •  Provide feedback to management about your experience with clients to help improve our services.

 General

  •  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these guidelines.
  •  These guidelines are subject to change, and we’ll communicate any updates through our website and app.
