When a client books an appointment online, they can select you during the booking process. Or a client can select the first available appointment time, in which case it will randomly select a provider in the area. 

Once an appointment is booked, you’ll receive an email, text and push notification alerting you that you have a new appointment available and it will display in your calendar in the Vagaro Pro app.

If your working hours change you can easily update them in the app. Simply navigate to “More” in the menu at the bottom (on mobile) and tap “Working Hours”. Adjust to your desired schedule and hit save.

In the Vagaro Pro app, click on the appointment you’d like to cancel and select “change status” and change the status to “Cancel”. You’ll be prompted to refund the client. Select refund and be sure all deposits are refunded back to the client. You can then proceed with the cancellation. Please leave a note to the client as to why you are canceling the appointment.

All supplies required except for the product (Example: Neurotoxin, Dermal Filler or facial products) should be supplied by you. As an independent contractor, it will be your responsibility to provide the supplies necessary to complete an appointment. You can access the general supply list HERE. This may not be an exhaustive list and should be used as a guide.

The pay structure for the Nurse Injector position is commission based. myMedSpa offers competitive tiered compensation to assist in helping you earn more per appointment! Your compensation model will be shared with you prior to onboarding.

You will be compensated weekly, on Fridays.

You are responsible for the “disposables” of the industry. “Disposables” include, but are not limited to, alcohol swabs, gauze, facial marker, syringes, beauty bar, handheld mirror, etc. You are NOT responsible for the injectable products (Example: neurotoxin or dermal filler) or other product requiring a Medical Director’s order.

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing the supplies which do not require a prescription or special order.

No, when working for myMedSpa, you do not need to pay for the supervision of our Medical Director.

As an independent contractor, there are no minimum or maximum work hours. Please note, if you have limited availability, the chances of you getting booked with appointments are lower. Your potential for earning increases as your availability opens.

We suggest obtaining and maintaining professional liability policy coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.

How does our process work?

We want the onboarding process for our provider network to be as smooth as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide to joining the MyMedSpa network of mobile providers.

Apply

If there are nurses needed in certain locations across the US, you can apply to join the network on our provider careers page found here – Apply.

Review Application

We review your application internally.

Video Interview

If we feel that you qualify, you’ll be invited for a video interview.

Begin Onboarding

Once the video interview is complete, we move you into our onboarding phase where you’ll upload required documents and answer any additional questions.

Compliance Courses

If you don’t have this training already, you’ll have the opportunity to complete HIPAA and blood borne pathogen compliance courses through our partner Media Labs for $10.00 per course.

Sign 1099 & W9

Once the background check is complete, we’ll send over a 1099 contract and W9 to sign.

Training and Mentor Program

myMedSpa has partnered with American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) for our training needs. Additional training and CEUs are available through AAFE as well. The mentorship program helps injectors who are new to the industry get comfortable with their skill set. An experience injector will assist and guide you during your first few appointments.

Provider Policies

Availability Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling, utilize the Vagaro Pro app to update your availability as soon as you can. Please notify myMedSpa of any extended unavailability, lasting 5 or more days. Failure to appropriately manage your availability or communicate unavailability may result in suspension or removal from the network.

Tardiness Policy

Clients should be met at the scheduled appointment time. Any arrival 15 minutes or later will be considered late. Failure to communicate delays may result in suspension or removal from the network.

Documentation and Report Policy

Accurately document all activities during appointments as requested by myMedSpa. Failure to complete documentation and/or check-in within 1 day of the appointment may lead to suspension or removal from the network.
