With over 20 years in the medical industry and business leadership, Jerred Mann is the visionary behind myMedSpa’s growing national footprint. With a clear vision for growth and an unwavering commitment to quality, Jerred is building a nationwide network of medspas rooted in trust, innovation, and clinical excellence. He’s known for empowering teams, hiring great people, and creating scalable systems that support long-term success. Jerred’s leadership philosophy centers on integrity, autonomy, and results. Under his guidance, myMedSpa continues to grow while delivering consistent, high-level results.  Outside of the boardroom, Jerred is a proud father of four and youth sports coach—values like mentorship, discipline, and teamwork guide both his business and personal life.

Director of Operations

Sachi Polpitiya

Sachith Polpitiya (Sachi) is myMedSpa’s Director of Operations, bringing over 10 years of expertise in biomedical science, process development, and business strategy. Holding a PhD from the University of Kansas Medical Center, Sachi blends scientific precision with operational excellence to standardize workflows, improve compliance, and implement systems that empower providers to focus on patient care. With seven years in research and five years leading multi-site operations, he excels in aligning teams, optimizing infrastructure, and navigating the complexities of growing aesthetic businesses. Sachi’s leadership is grounded in data, collaboration, and a passion for scalable success. Calm, analytical, and deeply mission-driven, Sachi plays a pivotal role in shaping myMedSpa’s internal systems to support its continued expansion and drive long-term results.

Project Manager

Brandi Windle

Brandi Windle is a seasoned Project Manager with over a decade of experience in supply chain management, planning, and cross-functional execution. Known for her structured approach and strong leadership, Brandi excels at managing complex projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring timely, efficient execution. At myMedSpa’s, she’s a steady hand behind the scenes, helping turn vision into action. Whether she’s launching new systems or refining workflows, she brings clarity and consistency to every project. Outside of work, Brandi enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband and cheering on her kids in sports—balancing family life with a deep appreciation for discipline, collaboration, and momentum. At myMedSpa’s, she’s a steady hand behind the scenes, helping turn vision into action.

Director of Practice Managers

Josh McClure

Josh McClure is the Director of Practice Managers at myMedSpa, where he brings a results-driven approach to leadership, structure, and team development. With a distinguished 31-year career in the U.S. Army as an Engineer Officer—including multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq—Josh’s military background laid the foundation for his strategic mindset and strong operational discipline.He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, aligning perfectly with his passion for building—whether it’s teams, systems, or weekend projects at the lake. Outside of work, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time on the water with family and friends. He’s engaged to Lindsey Eveler and embraces life with energy, purpose, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.

Lead Specialist

Emma Ray

Meet Emma! Originally from Iberia, Missouri, Emma is a Lead Specialist with 3 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She builds and maintains strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills, helping clients feel confident and cared for from the first interaction. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her fiancé and baby girl doing anything and everything outdoors.

A Letter from Our Founder

When I founded myMedSpa, my intention was not to run a med spa, but to create a more effective way for med spas to operate. 

Coming from a business background, I saw a recurring pattern in the aesthetics industry: passionate providers and spa owners were delivering incredible services, but behind the scenes, many were struggling with the same operational challenges. From hiring and training to scheduling, compliance, and vendor management—there was no system, no support, and no time to grow strategically. That’s where the idea for myMedSpa began.

I wanted to create an infrastructure that would allow spa owners and providers to focus on what they do best—serving clients and building strong teams—while we take care of the rest. myMedSpa offers the operational backbone: HR, onboarding, systems, compliance, leadership development, and more. We’re here to streamline the business side, so our partners can focus on delivering exceptional care and experiences.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all model. Every spa we partner with keeps its unique identity, voice, and culture. What we bring is structure, support, and a roadmap for sustainable growth.
